Ten Commandments of Human Relations
Speak To People there is nothing so nice as a cheerful word of greeting.
Smile At People it takes 72 muscles to frown, only 14 to smile.
Call People the sweetest music to anyone's ears is the sound of his own name.
Be Friendly and helpful, if you would have friends, be a friend.
Be Cordial speak and act as if everything you do is a genuine pleasure.
Be Genuinely interested in people you can like almost everybody if you try.
Be Generous with praise cautious with criticism.
Be Considerate with the feelings of others there are usually three sides to a controversy: yours, the other fellow's, and the right side.
Be Alert to give service what counts most in life is what we do for others.
Add To This a good sense of humour, a big dose of patience and a dash of humility, and you will be rewarded many-fold.

Homemade Laundry Soap (10 gallons)
 |
1 Bar Fels-Naptha Soap
(you could try Ivory soap, Sunlight bar soap, Kirk's Hardwater Castile , and Zote)
Grated with your Pampered Chef cheese grater until like powder
1 Cup Arm & Hammer Washing Soda
(Not baking soda)
1 Cup Borax (20 Mule Team Borax)
In a large pan add 6 cups of water and your grated Fels Naptha soap. This doesn't smell very good. Bring to a simmer until soap is melted.
Add washing soda and borax and about 4.5 gallons of hot water to a large Rubbermaid tote. Stir well. Add the melted soap mixture Cover tote with saran wrap and the lid. Stir well again. Let it sit for 24 hours.
After 24 hours stir soap mixture well. Soap will be lumpy, goopy and gel-like. This is normal. Add another 5 gallons of hot water. Stir some more. Put it in plastic jugs.
(or fill gallon jugs ½ full and add hot water later)
You can add between 10 to 15 drops of essential oil (per 2 gallons) to your homemade laundry detergent. Add once the soap has cooled to room temperature. Stir well and cover.
Essential oil ideas: lavender, rosemary, tea tree oil
Stir or shake well before each use. You may wish to add a couple of marbles in your container to help with the stirring. Keep your laundry soap covered.
Use 1 cup of detergent per load ~ half as much for a front loader. |

THE LAWS OF ULTIMATE REALITY
Law of Mechanical Repair
After your hands become coated with grease, your nose will begin to itch and you'll have to pee.
Law of Gravity
Any tool, when dropped, will roll to the least accessible crevice furthest away from you.
Law of Probability
The probability of being watched is directly proportional to the stupidity of your act.
Law of Random Numbers
If you dial a wrong number, you never get a busy signal and someone always answers.
Law of the Alibi
If you tell the boss you were late for work because you had a flat tire, the very next morning you will have a flat tire while running late for work.
Variation Law
If you change lines (or traffic lanes), the one you were in will always move faster than the one you are in now (works every time).
Law of the Bath
When the body is fully immersed in water, the telephone will ring.
Law of Close Encounters
The probability of meeting someone you know increases dramatically when you are with someone you don't want to be seen with.
Law of the Result
When you try to prove to someone that a machine won't work, it will.

Law of the Theater
At any event, the people whose seats are furthest from the aisle will arrive last.
The Starbucks Law

Murphy's Law of Lockers
If there are only two people in a locker room, they will have adjacent lockers.
Law of Physical Surfaces
The chances of an open-faced jelly sandwich landing face down on a floor covering are directly correlated to the newness and cost of the carpet/rug.
Law of Logical Argument
Anything is possible if you don't know what you are talking about.
Wilson 's Law of Commercial Marketing Strategy
As soon as you find a product that you really like, they will stop making it.
